Congratulations Marti on reaching your 4 years quit milestone. Just think, when you smoked you probably had trouble going 4 hours without a smoke.

Now, you've been without them for 4 Years. What a proud accomplishment! Go celebrate today :)

So happy for our Marti!!  You've led the way for so many in so many areas...we not only don't smoke, we have a whole new vocabulary.  Love you to pieces!!!

Wow, I didn't know we still did this at my stage. I was coming on to swear lol.

 

My quit is still an absolute joy to me and apart from my children, remains my single biggest accomplishment in life.Literally changed my life. I hated being bound financially and timewise. Limitless freedom and the ability to (mostly) manage my finances have been extremely liberating! Self worth is a wonderful by product of quitting as is the most beautiful friends.
