Lots of support from newbies here Steve. People more or less in the same position as you. They have very recently gone through what you are going through right now. They speak from recent experience when they tell you it will get better. Keep fighting Steve. Only better days ahead.

Nailed it there mate.... But seriously you probably noticed I'm having a dodgey time, I'm only just in mth  3 so clearly remember hell week... Remember this week and draw on it when you get a tough patch down the track, I remember cravings bein almost painful in the first few weeks... They get easier and less frequent from here. You have worked do hard to get a week, don't throw it away.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
