1 more  sleep ...for my Chattanooga buddy Boo Boo...

Good news: they finally replaced all the lights on the sign at the Choo-Choo.  There for a while it read "HOO-CHO."  One of our most recognizable landmarks and people thought it was a Chinese buffet.

That reminds me...I miss my sausages...you doing anything nice tomorrow to reward yourself ?????......

Haven't really put much thought into it.  This anniversary kind of snuck up on me.  I stopped thinking about personal milestones after I hit the Lido Deck.  Then, last Thursday, the calendar rolled over to March and I realized that I was near the two-year mark.  It's crazy how fast the second year seemed to pass compared to the first.

When freedom and momentum form an alliance, it's all smooth sailing after that.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
