The purpose of all this is to congratulate Jordan on reaching the 3 year smoke free milestone.

Nice work Jordan and glad to have you around to help the newbies!!

He shoots from outside the arc.  It hits the rim and bounces out.

Moral to the story:  You can miss the three and still win the game.  Congrats Jordan!

Lol, thanks so much to everyone for the very kind congratulations, and special thanks to reciprocity for hauling out the time machine just for me!  I'm honored, and I'm also a little backwards so this is probably fitting.

To any newbies who may be out there watching -- before I quit I never, ever, ever thought that I could go 3 days without smoking, much less 3 years.  But we all can if we really want to.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
