ditto, I was panicking and trying all day to get on, and remembered the Quit Train site, that some had joined last year when QSMB site was down for a short while. They are very nice and welcoming here.

So glad we found somewhere to meet up, we need our quit buddies :)

I was quite upset to see QSMB down for so long, and thought id lost you all!

Just out of curiosity, I did a Google search for "quit smoking message board."  The Quit Train was listed as one of the top results, so perhaps any folks who are still displaced will find their way here.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
