Thanks for all the congrats boys n girls....

Told the kid I'd hit 3 months and she said "Dilligaf".... Hmmm...

Me: " Wot, ya don't care that I ain't had a smoke in three months?" A bit pissed off.

The kid: "yeah, I'm really proud of you." With her confused face.

Me: "So why'd ya say Dilligaf?" With my confused paste.

The kid: "cos its what you say to people when they tell you stuff they did."

Me: "not wot it means bub, it's wot ya say when ya don't care"

The kid: "you're such a wierdo but I luv ya"

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
