Getting my "work clothes" ready! Going back to work bright and early tomorrow morning at 7:30 am....I have been out on sick leave since 4/18/18. My 3 months of cardiac rehab ended 12/28/18.

Won't be there long, however...I put in my retirement paperwork last Friday....Jan 30th will be my last day at work!!! It has been quite a journey since the day I quit smoking almost 2 years ago! Wish me luck! ?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
