Here in the U.S. the company marketing these would probably be sued for using the derogatory term faggots. You won't find these in any grocery store here

They are not using a derogatory term, they are actually called faggots. Its a traditional food dish from the mid nineteenth century. I understand you must be like wtf if youve never heard of them!  But to folks here,  we know them, that is their name. And faggots (the food dish) id guess has been around a lot longer than the derogatory term, certainly in the uk.

Derogatory term first printed 1914 in america (and would have taken many more years to come to uk)
