I'm making one of my favorite meals Cincinnati chili.

I just got back from a trip to Cincinnati yesterday.  I did go to a Skyline Chili but didn't get any chili.  I got a salad.  lol

Harvesting the organic Catnip I grew this year. This is 1/4 of my total yield!

Are you sure that isn't wacky tobaccy?  We are going to have some wild parties on the Lido, with all our newbies!

As I understand it, you can make tea from it and use it in cooking recipes but the effect on humans is a calming effect - nothing mind-blowing 🤯

Unloading my backpack from a nine day hike in the Sierra Nevada. Just amazed by the beauty. Took a nice dip in this spot to reinvigorate during a long and tough ascent. It was so nice to get away from coronavirus, social unrest, and political warfare.

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
