Can you believe I never heard of the dessert called Trifle?

I looked it up and now the Sherry questions make a lot more sense.

It does sound yummy with or without the sherry or Weegie's Bailey's.

Would you believe I never heard of Pavlova or Eaton mess either?

That's what they say..... but they would be wrong... they had a similar thing called something else they published a recipe for a few months before we had the Pavlova... which was named for a ballerina.... and the recipe was published in the Argus as a Pavlova.... so then they started calling it a Pavlova too and claimed they invented it... I mean really.... would we steal something from the kiwi's and claim it as our own?
