Do you realise that with the number of Aussies on TV in the UK, if we were to think of Jo each time, then she would be a national obsession?

Well back to The Castle question...for Weegie.... my dad is just like the dad in The Castle.. my mum is the worst cook on earth and every time she cooks dinner what do you think my dad says?

Posted

Nope everynight (well that she cooks)... "Oh that's my favourite, what is it Darl?"

(If its really edible and he actually likes it.... "Oh I love this, this is my absolute favourite" .... as kids we used to sit back and wait until he tasted before we had any... if he loved it we would be able to eat it, if not... uuuurgghh)

I kid you not.... she could serve a grey pile of goo that had less flavour than clag and this would be my dad:

Have you never seen a monster goldfish fluffy?

I have a monster pond goldfish that's over 15 years old, he's huge! Did you know they live that long?

Posted

Nope. They weren't real goldfish, just dumplings he made that looked like goldfish.... I'm lucky if we can get a fish to live once year. Why is that?

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
