It's not instant Shane, it's the kind you make in a coffee maker. I think it's a little more refined than instant?

I've never bought coffee from a coffee shop, isn't it stupidly expensive to buy that way?

ooohhhhh, aren't you californians posh?

Here's my coffee, it has to be ready within 15 seconds of the kettle boiling in the morning, so I can have a second cup three minutes later :12_slight_smile:

Wow, that instant coffee looks pretty fancy but does anyone else think it looks like a bottle of shampoo or is it just me?

Have I been doing it wrong all these years. Would I have more lucious locks if I'd been washing my hair with coffee?

Wouldn't I be in danger of some random aussie with a caffeine deficit, maybe for arguments sake use the name Jo, coming up to me in the street and licking my head?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
