Just saw that newbie  @AceWhite changed his avatar to an image from The Big Lebowski.  I love that movie.

Stay strong in your quit Sir.  And here is some Big Lebowski.  The Dude Abides.

One of my all-time favorites.

Donnie at work, not so much.  It's not that he didn't like the movie, he just gets tired of hearing "shut the f*** up Donnie" all the time.

A bit shaky, feeling uneasy, Being pulled in many different directions, one distraction and it seems my well organized routine is gone and now the questions start did I take my Blood sugar meds, did I take my Heart meds, Did I remember to.

Then the fog of uncertainty starts obstructing my path, I once could see miles down the direction i was headed now not so much.  I once was organized and could know at a glance

where I was and where I was going Now nor so much.

I was very focused  and knew what, who and when, but now there are more and more demands,

and I am forgetting and it is getting harder to say if I did or if I didn't.

Hopefully this is a not smoking thing that will pass,  any ways I will  work myself forward.

I guess after the great morning last week it set a high bar for a good day.

I bet it is just the Monday blues, Ill be way better tomorrow

ok just had lunch and I feel much better, may be low sugar.

I wish that I never learned what pollen is.

The itchy eyes, sneezing, and yellow dust that covers everything is bad enough.

Then I remember that the stuff covering my truck is tree sperm and frankly, that's kind of gross.

Why do announcers covering a golf game being played in southeast USA (Georgia) speak in soft tones with an English accent. Seems to me it would be like importing someone from Texas to announce a soccer match in England 😲

So, going for a beer on the back patio instead. Nice evening out :)
