1. Nope.

2. Reward yourself

3. Struggling....lick a window...you'll be fine

4. Post, a lot

5. Chicks- post selfies, is sticks need to know what you look like without clothes especially. It helps us be nice.

6. Sticks  - no selfies. Only you like your stick/pic

7. End of rules.

Like at say we speak English here but the Islanders and anyone from Ohio will think their native language is ok.   Canadians should learn the US National Anthem as the Penquins are going to win the cup and you will enjoy singing along.  If you got any questions on rules 1-4 then you haven't read enough.   5-7 are pretty easy to figure out.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
