Drum roll please....24 hours smoke free. I am doing this. Many triggers yesterday but worked my way through them. Into day 2 now as of 10:30 this morning. Full steam ahead. Was not easy by any means but not as difficult as I imagined. If I can do 1 I can do 2. Thanks for all the responses.

Well done...the first one done and dusted....on go number two...... Onwards!!!!

Attagirl Liz. One day does indeed prove that you can do two. And three and beyond. Trust us when we say that you can do this.....and that it will get easier, if you just stay the course.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
