What are the reasons that you think you can't quit smoking?

Remember, anybody can quit and stay quit.

you are running against a wall headbanger.gif

you beat yourself up bloed.gif

I think you need a different approach...if you don't mind me say so.

It is a mindset Juan! Why didn't you stay close to this board...Why not a SOS when you felt weak?

I know you can do it and you don't have to do it on your  own. We are here for you! Use this board, read all the posts, get a quit buddy..get involved Juan. Talk about how you feel..it helps you and you will help others.

You have to really make that decision to quit.  Write down the reasons and stick with your decision. When the craves come, tell yourself, no- I don't smoke anymore and move on. Juan, you can do this, you got past day 1 before. You can do it again. The craves don't hurt you, they are annoying, but they do not hurt and they go away. The best advise, I think, is to not take that next puff.

It has to be your mindset Juan.....You have to want it more....  the forum is just a tool...you are the hero doing it!

You are strong! You can do this, but you really have to want it. You have to want to quit smoking because of you and your life!

Reasons, Family problems life problems it doest matters theres always something

unfortunately juan there will always be these problems even if things go smooth for a while something will pop up you know

so somehow you have to get your mind to know that smoking will not make these things and problems go away

smoking is just a distraction - the problems are still there x

Juan,

my dear friend, I know you trust me and I say this with compassion and kindness, I care about what happens to you, but you need to care about you too

You Can Quit, The problem is that You Won't Quit.

The difference between the person who smokes, and the person who doesn't, is having the strength and resolve to put in the work and to deal with the discomfort.

I've seen you be successful Juan, I've cheered you along.

What is different this time?  what happened to the other Juan, You know the one, the aspiring sportsman, the young man with the fight and the courage to do this?

Let's do this Juan, no more excuses, let's get this addiction beat, in your head and in your body, and in your very soul.

I've got your back, and I'll keep picking you up if you fall, but I can't fight this fight for you Juan.

don't make me go get the sarge lol ;-)

I hope the Sarge reads this very soon!  Juan, you are making this way harder that it needs to be...you have kept yourself miserable for months on end!  It is very easy...do not put anything in your mouth and set it on fire.  Cry, scream, go work out, stand on your head, do anything but smoke.  You are better than this...so man up and get it done!

Thank you johnny you are the best

No Juan, We all are the best, every single one of us here, and that includes You.  so start believing

No more excuses.

I want to see some of that discipline that makes you such a success in your sports.

I want to see it, so that in time you will see it too, then you won't have to tell yourself that you don't need cigarettes anymore, you will have proved it to yourself.

Never mind the sarge, I see you and Pm straight away. You got random women wondering how you're doing!  Day 1, I did that like a million times and then moved past it...with this board...and the people who really care about you. Did you read Allen Carr? Did you read whyquit.com? Not gonna lie Juan, I think about you and how you are doing and messaged you as such before posting here, because you need to win. Can you battle, can we help you? I want this for you.
