Good stuff Lil'bug.

Ive found it necessary to plant myself in the MIDDLE of that lifeboat........otherwise, when the waves come along Im apt to get washed away if Im just sitting on the edge.  ;)

When I think about smoking, I think about putting my body and life  through reverse.  Gone will be my lung power; slowly my taste and smell will fade; the energy will flow out and the color in my face fade out.

Lovely way of putting it LB. :)

Any time I think about smoking, I think about having to start over again. I'm damn near two years quit, so this is not an option for me. That ship has long ago sunk!

No thanks. NOPE NOPE NOPE!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
