Face it head on knowing that smoking is off the table now and you will not only get past it and be proud as hell that you did but, you will have beaten this addiction back into the shadows where it belongs!!!

Every battle you win, the stronger YOU get and the weaker the addiction gets. The more challenging the battle is, the more you gain and the more the addiction loses. It's not just one and done. It's a process and it takes time but is very doable if you just take it a bit at a time. Don't look at the long term or big picture. You'll be fine. I have faith in you :)

Thanks Doreen , doing a 24houf speedrun more than helps with craving s because I'd lose 10 or more minutes to the world record if I left to buy cigarettes. So good stuff

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
