Congratulations Pumpkin! Another milestone to celebrate at 9 months smoke free. Feels great doesn't it?

You're well on your way now to a smoke free life and I bet you are enjoying the benefits. Next month; double digits!!

I wouldn't mind so much if I really did look like this!  Pot bellies are not quite so attractive!

Those potbellies go away when one lies on their back LOL.

You are doing it, day by day.  This is such an inspiration to me as a very green newbie.  Thank you so much for being here and sharing; seeing how far you've come makes it feel possible for me, too!

Nine months?!  That's incredible to be quit for nine months!  Now you are truly The Great Pumpkin and Linus from Peanuts will be waiting for you in the pumpkin patch for all his goodies.  Thank you; you are an inspiration.

Thank you so much everyone.  I don't come on here often, too busy breathing in the fresh air!  But really, I have quit so many times, but this time it feels different.  I am at that age where I think I finally realise I need to look after myself........and that is in part thanks to the support here!

 

Onwards.....and upwards....
