6 years ago I smoked my last ever cigarette. Had I have continued I'd have smoked a further 87,600 cigarettes! If my chain smoking hadn't cut short my life. The turnaround in my life has been tremendous since quitting. I also quit drinking and got myself a BlackBelt in Karate amongst other personal triumphs :-)

When you set your mind to it, there's nothing you can't achieve. Your life, your choices, your successes and consequences.

Great job Jonny and a great message.

Those personal triumphs really start to accumulate when you commit to success.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
