OK so I know your 7 month anniversary isn't until Dec. 20th but we have another milestone to mark tomorrow as well and I want everyone's accomplishments to get the attention they so rightly deserve!

Congrats Peace Train on 7 months smoke free. That's amazing. Just like The Little Engine That Could, you thought you could and now you're over the half way hump and rollin' toward that Lido Deck :)

And, all the while helping out others who are trying to find their way too. That's something to be proud of!

It seems to me, the 20th has a pretty good track record for Keeping the Quit(s)!

Congrats PeaceTrain!  You have made this look kind of easy.  And thank you heaps for all your contributions to this community.  It helps others and I think it helps you too.  Do something tomorrow to commemorate your milestone!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
