Hey girl! Way to go :) That first week can be tough with all the change that's happening and now .... you're through that! You still have work to do but please do reward yourself for a job well done :) Then, keep climbing Latoya. You'll find a way to get it done!!

Congratulations Latoya!  The first week can be the hardest so you’ve definitely broken through some major associations and worked through cravings, emotions, thoughts and have been successful. This is a HUGE deal!

Massive Congrats on nailing Week One, Latoya!!!  It's a rugged push and you aced it AND with much grace.  Yes indeed, you really are doing this!  It keeps getting better.  Every milestone proves something to yourself, gives you more confidence and before you know it, you're not even trying.  Yay you.  BUY something cool to mark this day.

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
