I have been getting into funks a lot lately HM. Sorry you are feeling the way you are. :( I know how hard it is to dig yourself out once you are in one! Yes, definitely type out your feelings. Maybe this will help you discover the root cause of your funk so you can get out of it.

I was in a bad mood most of last week. I don't think I felt better until the very end of the week when the weekend rolled around. Ugh.

Yep.

Sorry, I think we all get there from time to time.

My tricks:

1. Phone some loved ones - family and friends. Try to be there for them.

2. Come online - support some people

3. Do some exercise

4. Go somewhere new - a museum/a canal/ somewhere different

Tomorrow is the weekend so hopefully it will pick up and you will feel better, all else fails go get drunk,

Lots of huggybear hugs coming at ya xxxxxxx (((((((())))))))) <<<<<<<<see theres your huggies and kisses.

Keep calm and carry on then go shopping for new clothes and get your hair done, that should cheer you up and get drunk again sorted!!!

((((hugs HM)))))  It happens to us all and when it does I hate it too.  You are such a happy and positive person.  Try to shake things up or do something you really enjoy.

Oh, i'm just see'n this... sorry you're not feel'n to good... good advice from the rest, all i can think to add is maybe get some comedy to watch - a movie or sit-com, your favorite stand up comedian ...sometimes it'll break the funk mood
