I feel similar. To quit you simply don't smoke! And yes, maybe it is a stubborn thing my head is crying out for nicotine but you just have to say no and find something else to do until your head shuts up again.

The process is not comfortable, but I reckon its worth it. I know I'm new here and don't know anything but I'm not prepared to fail. I am prepared to buy shoes and underwear with the cash savings though!

Why am I waking up so early and talking!? Im surevthis is a bad idea! This is going to be like one of those text messages you send when you're drunk isn't it!?

If you wake up alone, then no.

Quitting is no harder than starting.

In fact starting was tougher - pretending to not want to puke. Pretending to be cool...what a lot of handwork that was.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
