6 weeks in and first bad, real bad cravings. Staying home, close to QT and reading, watching videos...if I would go out...would struggle. I am stronger than this demon...no junkie will break me..i got this??

Glad you made it through Jess. You KNOW smoking would only deflate you and put you back to square 1. We don't want that do we? You are stronger that this evil nicodemon and you CAN beat it! You are still on the roller coaster part of your quit. Things will look brighter tomorrow so hang in there. It does get easier with time if you just stick with NOPE!

Jess, I hope you can give yourself the credit you so deserve for hanging tough through that rough patch. I have been there myself so I know what you're going through and how hard it can be to set your determination firmly in place when you're feeling so unstable. So... Kudos to you for hanging onto a winning mindset and facing down the demon! You're awesome...

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
