Stoptober is such an awesome idea, loads of my friends quit last October as they went smoke-free for 28 days and have never looked back since!! Has anyone else tried Stoptober? How did you find it? They have a super helpful app and email support which I thought may be useful to share! Check it out and let me know if it is useful https://www.quitgenius.com/stoptober/

What's an app :P

By the way; I think the Stoptober label is GREAT! Sort of in the same vein as Movember for prostate cancer awareness.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
