When I try to see the Member list it says that I do not have permission???  Anyone else able to get in... maybe I am banned prior to proper background check???

 

Chat... It says I do not have access....

 

Am i missing something?

Not sure sorry. I know that another member was having difficulties with chat a few nights ago and MQ sorted it out for them. I would suggest sending him a PM? :)

There are websites on the Internet where you can convert a large photo to a thumbnail or avatar sized photo.

 

I can't remember off hand the site I was referred to but if you can send me your photo I can reduce it for you.

Just post the picture here as a reply, it shouldn't matter how big it is for posting.

 

After I copy it you can then take it down, delete it from the post if you like.
