Awesome. What's the reward?

On Sunday, my husband and I are travelling to Northern Italy and the Swiss Alps.  No worries about where, when, how I can smoke on this trip.  Looking forward!!!

Thanks all for the congrats and good wishes.  I really appreciate it!

Congratulations! Yes, it is great to travel as a nonsmoker.  No panic about needing a smoke, no wasted time, no snooty looks.  Fresh air and beauty in the lake region.  Enjoy!

Oh Wow!! That's great PT :) And yes, the first time I traveled was so great! No stepping outside for that last smoke before getting on the plane and no rushing to the exit on arrival. It was just so ........ well, NORMAL! And, every time I saw people smoking around me I just thought about how happy I was that I was no longer a slave to the addiction. I hope you experience the same thing  :D

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
