I would love to go through each post and say something profound and wise.

I'm not profound or wise though.

And my head is in knots with my own quit.

Once I'm in better shape I promise to give more in here rather than just take

You know that just being here you are 'giving'.  Helping people like you is the reason many of us are here, so thank you :)

Don't ever doubt your contribution Miss Sarah. You've made people smile, you've shown the way for people behind you too - remember guests see our posting, they see you doing it and think maybe I can.. There are already a couple of newer people behind you watching and hoping they can make it to where you are! Then there's those like me, and bug, who are securing our quit by supporting you.  Then you got bandito and action who want to pay it forward, like people who helped them.  Just by trucking through each day, posting and talking, you ARE supporting others.

I think this is why the term quit train was coined :)

Congratulations for you being quit yourself Sarah!!

You seem to keep things jumping around here and that is good!

Best of luck to you!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
