I just downloaded Alan Carr's book and I am going to begin reading it.  Thanks for all of the support!

I will not quit quitting.

Amy, I agree with the others, the book can be a tremendous help.  I am not clear...have you quit, again?

Hi Nancy- Yes I have to for me.  Today is day #1.  I want to read the book because maybe there is an EasyWay.. I am not very strong when it comes to not smoking but I am happy when I am not smoking. So I am not quitting my quit just starting again.

Good for you...I just wasn't sure.  So proud of you!

I'm finding rambling on this forum really helpful to keep me off the cigarettes. Sorry everyone!

No need for apologies!!

You post as often and as much as you like or need. :)

Amy,

You don't need to be strong to stay quit, just need to keep living that dream of being free..

You have to be vigilant. Guard your quit like it's a baby! Can't protect itself, you gotta do it.

Just do it, and don't let anything near it. :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
