So, since my car accident Jan 13, 2016 I gained 30 or so lbs (emphasis on the so). I underwent numerous injections and a failed nerve ablation. July 31st I said screw this and started a Ketogenic diet. Also started back at the gym and a biggest loser challenge on MFP. Since then I have lost 19 lbs :)

Good for you, Colleen!  I have 30 or so pounds to lose myself.  My weight gain is from quitting smoking and it is made more difficult with menopause.  I am learning about the Ketogenic and other low carb diets.  I love the food but not all of the cooking and dishes.  I really hope to develop a love for cooking.

 

Good luck on your 11 or so pounds to go!!   :)

Good stuff, keep at it lad! I too should loose weight but my genetics kinda screw me. I can take diet and exercise and somehow i maintain my weight.
