Blame it on Canada. I don't think Nellie's in Canada but maybe they got her too along with Pixel Sketch? There's weird stuff going on up there these days :o

HEY! I am here, sorry. Been busy with some things. No worries, still keeping the quit! My life has consisted of errands and watching Netflix to try and distract myself. The cravings were bad on day three and I mean B A D - but I have noticed that it gets SLIGHTLY easier......but not by much.

Sorry all - I promise I am still here

Glad you're still here :)  It gets easier but very slowly and there will be moments or days even when it won't be so easy.  When that happens just hold on tight and I promise you will come out the other side stronger in your quit.

Proud of you.

Great to hear you are still on board :) And yes, you will start to see some glimmers of light through the 1st week darkness. It happens but just way too slow for our liking. Be patient, keep the quit by not taking even one puff and, before you know it you'll be having more good days than bad :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
