Sorry for the over share!

No worries...I got jealous, it's the middle of the afternoon..."Gosh she is lucky..where is my husband?"

Then I saw you are in England....good! Not jealous anymore....life is back to normal :-)

Ice Cream: Soft, cold and flavorful, wouldn't ice cream make the perfect after treat? You're already in a sweet, happy mood, so adding ice cream could add to you and your partner's sense of romance. Sharing this treat could amp up the romance level to the point where you get to our next option...

not sure what they are talking about   :D

Not the ex but an ex! We realised a long time ago we are rubbish as boyfriend and girlfriend but are excellent in other ways! So if we're both single and fancy some company.

And he's a never smoker

He's now just a bit pissed off that I'm chatting online and not to him. Which is fair enough actually. Logging off!

haha, ex's make the world go round (very sorry to the pansy's like bandito) ;)

A never smoker is excellent work though, all good news. Tell him he will never understand but wine would be better, as would a repeat performance. Jobs a goodun. Don't overthink it hun, life is all good without smoking.

haha! Love this thread. It's a legit question though. Ran into the same issue after quitting and came up with a creative substitute. Our solution was a shot of Fernet and a glass of ice water. It works like a charm. The Fernet is only reserved for that occasion, so it makes it kind of special. It tastes WAY better than cigarettes and gives you a nice little extra buzz. ;)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
