Yes, when you think about all the time spend planning your smoking activities, it's truly amazing. What a relief not to have to do that any longer but, it does take time to reprogram yourself and be comfortable in your new lifestyle. All that new spare time :D

Yes it's 100% possible! Even if you don't fully believe it at first!

I was what I call a 'proper smoker' - which means I thought I enjoyed smoking/loved it and on nights where I drank alcohol I could smoke at least 20 (thats just at night, I'd probably already had 10-20 during the day too).

And now ... here I am nearly 4 years later and I've not taken 1 single puff - whats more, I've not wanted to! I love being a non smoker - being free, having more time on my hands and not being controlled by addiction

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
