Day 1

Thanks to all who have helped me through my first day, this nicotine terrorist is still bugging me so i'm going to bed and listen to some hypnotherapy/relaxation tracks to help numb my mind

That's the way Kellemae. I know it's tough at first, really tough but I promise it will get easier as long as you don't smoke again - not even 1 puff. Just do what you have to not to give into that voice that is trying to deceive you. As Parsley says, no matter what stress is thrown at you in life, smoking will not help. Smoking is only feeding your addiction to nicotine. It won't make any of life's problems better in fact, the opposite is true. Stay strong my friend. Each time you successfully fight an urge to smoke, you get stronger and the addiction gets weaker. That's how it goes so, stick with the program and you'll be OK.
