the practice of exchanging things with others for mutual benefit, especially privileges granted by one country or organization to another is the definition of this poster

 

Thinking proper it should be a person or thing that is mysterious, puzzling, or difficult to understand.

 

Talks like a tru window licker on the little bus. Goofy as a one eyed red headed kid jacked up on mountain dew. But then thoughtful enough to spank the girls like they want and remember them on their anniversaries.
