Evelyn,

This is no longer optional; to quit or not to quit - right? Stand up for yourself because no one else can do that. We can support you but we need you to be with us and committed first.

Remember this?

https://www.quittrain.com/topic/8530-im-crying-and-i-was-sooo-blind-please-read-especially-if-you-still-smoke/?p=211148

You got mad at Sarge for being straight up with you. You get mad at Bakon when he does the same.

Doreen comes on this board every single day and offers support while caring for her husband who has end stage COPD. She has been gentle with you and that doesn't work either.

I wonder when you are going to wake up and see that it isn't a game. Every time you disappear and relapse it is insulting to everyone that has been here for over 3 years supporting you.

I am really upset with you Evelyn.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
