OMG Yay!! You fought the hardest week and WON. Way to hang onto your resolve, Feely. Give yourself a pat on the back and smile the rest of the day. Huge.

Hey, thanks, you guys! I feel solid in my quit this time. I had a week before and threw it away on 2 lousy cigarettes that tasted awful and made me sick.

What a dope!

Thanks again!!

Not a dope Feely, it's just sometimes what it takes to achieve your ultimate goal. You'll do fine now - I would bet on it because your whole outlook on quitting has changed dramatically; for the better :)

Congratulations Feely. You got another week down. Only this time you know you are not missing anything by having a cigarette. I had a similar experience and it made my 2nd attempt my sticky quit.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
