Congratulations beazel on reaching the 2 month mark as a non smoker. That's a long time and although it has not always been easy or smooth sailing, you have acquired all the tools you'll need to make this a permanent quit!

Now, go treat yourself to something really nice to celebrate this new milestone. Maybe a nice massage? :D

Hi everyone!

Reciprocity - You are completely adorable - of course I can do a message......Thank you for noticing my 2 months free!

I'm hanging in there, been pretty rough lately. The junkie brain won't shut up, definitely been fighting that b***h.  :aggressive:

Holding on to my commitment and holding on to that rope with everything I got.

As always...the NOPE pledge saves me when I don't think I can do it.

Working hard to rewire the brain...I'll get there...can't look back, I'm not going that way!

Take Care All   picgifs-hearts-1802297.gif

That's it Beazel :) You fight the good fight until you've won the battle completely. Just keep in mind why you quit in the first place and all the successful hard work you've done to this point. Smoking never did one good thing for you so kick it out of your life for good - we're cheering for you :D

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
