Hunger Games... Wife reads the books and I go with her to the movie... not too bad?!?!?!?!

What was the situation the last time you felt very relaxed

Today -I was off work so I visited my 7 yr old son at school for his lunch -I brought him Jersey Mikes -I just sat with him and watched him interact with his friends

Didn't have a care in the world or a thought about anything else.

I think we should keep this one going for a bit  so same thing - what was the situation the last time you felt very relaxed

When was the last time you stayed alone over night?  For me it has been over 14 years, at least.   :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
