Helped a stranger off the streets as in getting a homeless person homed? Never, directly.

If you're asking about giving directions I actually volunteer myself when I see people frowning at maps! I like helping people!

When was the last time you held a door for someone who then took hours to actually get to the door and then didn't thank you for holding it..... Like I did this morning grrrr!

That I can't remember, but we kindly offered our seats (we were leaving already) to a couple in a restaurant this WE. That probably doesn't even count as a good deed :D

When was the last time you picked up a new hobby?

Last night in the bath! OK. Might have been a couple of glasses. OK. Might have been nearly a bottle. Yes. I was wrinkly afterwards!

When did you last drink nearly a bottle of wine on a work night and realise in the morning it might not have been the best idea you've ever had in the world ever?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
