For the attaboys on my 3 month mark. For the record the smoke alarm only goes off a couple times a day and few of them are a deal greater than a couple minutes. I have found myself looking at smoking - be it imaginings or actual people lighting up the same way I look at booze and dope - as bad sh*t that I need to stay well away from.

I figure the next three months ought to just be putting days in a row together and making my life as a smoker further and further into an unfamiliar past. Jut gotta make sure I don't get complacent and stop logging in here.

Thanks again all.

logging in makes a difference, especially if your inner junky starts poking ya at the change of seasons or times of stress or any other number of occasions. :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
