Yeah - Way to go J :) That first week is the worst usually so now that you're done with it, things should start to get a little less intense. You've learned all those coping techniques that first week so just use them along the way. Stay close to the "Quit Train" for awesome support and continue reading and educating yourself about this addiction. That will serve you well :)
