First day a 3 minute run.

Haven't run since playing out as a child so started small. Was enough for day one.

Must remember in through the nose! Breathing went wrong.

3 minutes 30 seconds tomorrow, same pace to a further place.

Hi EB

No I haven't seen that.

Mind you my phone has no Internet connection (long story) so is that something you would have downloaded to your phone when running? If yes then a no go for me till October when my contact renews.

Nah. You download it when connected to your wireless. Then it runs from the phone. Builds you up nice and gently, and works with your music. Very clever. I got the nhs one. Free.

Congrats on your start :-)

I am not sure..it sounds like we might be both still young but older :-)

Good job...well done!

For sure LB ;)

Am even going to do it if it rains....only rain.

good for you getting out there Sharon :)

Thanks Tracey :)

Just done my 3:30 time and feel good, a bit out of breath, but good.

I did find if I concentrated I could breath in through my nose. Only when I stopped thinking about it I got breathless. Will just remember to concentrate better on that tom for the 4 minutes.

Wore flip flop all day, blistered my little shoe due to old trainers?

No matter, so didn't run in flip flops so instead went for a 30 minute power walk instead. Slap, slap, slap went the flip flop.

Crossed my mind to just run on the spot but I needed to get outside, had been stuck in folks houses ironing for 6 hours...prescription fresh air :)
