2 Years Sober as a direct result of my quit :-)

Recommended Posts

Quitting Smoking with such aplomb really opened my eyes to just how much power I truly have over myself, and it proved to me that I held the keys to the prisons of my own mind.

So on my 4 month quit date I decided that the drink had to go.

So today marks 2 Years sober and 28 months quit :-)

That's awesome, Jonny!

The better we treat our bodies, the better we will feel.  I do not always heed my own words, but I think them, so perhaps my actions will follow.  :)

Congratulations Jonny treat our bodies the way they deserve to be treated with care, do not abuse or neglect and you will receive it back tenfold

Thankyou everyone :-)

I hope that you can all start to believe in yourselves and in your own quits.

I'm no different to the rest of you. We are all addicts. We all have choice.

Jonny, it's like I told you on fb, it's your attitude: it's not often that I come across someone with such a major, special way to deal with a quit, and you have a few things you've quit.  I wish all smokers and newly-quit smokers could figure out how to get your attitude because if they did, they'd have no problem with their quits.

Major huge groovylicious congrats on being sober and quitting the cigs... as for the caffeine... eh, I like my coffee! lol

Congrats Jonny! Not an easy road!

2 vises are twice as hard and requires twice the effort!

Keep on keeping on!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
