It's a lazy Sunday afternoon; cold and overcast and perfect for curling up in front of th fire with some hot coco and a good book.

So, I am buliding a retaining wall in my garden.  Because all the good sense that I have is being focused on quitting smoking.

Cold, wet, and only half done, but haven't smoked and don't intend to start.

Enjoy your day, all!

I'm back out to finish.

Today is sunny and unseasonably warm(ish) or maybe not cold in my neck of the woods.

Those cold cloudy days with a warm drink, a fire and a book are so few - I want one soon!  Reading a good book can be a great distraction - I'll just read this next chapter.....

Night shift. Sleep half day and nap on couch other half. Too wet and cold for anything but tv or a book. Nice to get outside if it ever quits rain or snow. NOPE

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
