I must have woken up about 4 or 5 times last night with  a bothersome mosquito. I did go to yoga this morning,  but I'm feeling a little unsettled. I could have a cigarette (not mine but is in the house)  but will it really help? F*ck.

Day 5.

Unfortunately easier said than done,  they aren't mine.

Anyway I had a good cry. Then had some buttered pop corn. And no chocolate in the house but did find some nougat.

I think I'll try for a little snooze soon.

Sorry I'm late....

Hope your feeling better now .....you did good ...you fought the beast ,and won ....

Ask whoever has the cigs to just put them out of sight ...until you feel stronger ...

Out is sight ..out of mind ....👍

Keep the quit, @PeachFuzz

The thought of lighting up may be tempting but you will regret it if you give in.  Best to fight it and not smoke.  It does get easier with time.

That 1st week is awful as I vividly recall 😱

Anything you do other than lighting up a smoke is fine and dandy :) Hammer down, full steam ahead!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
