Ladies who are lurking !!!

I have heard ladies say ,they will not quit because they know they will put weight on..

Over the three years of my quit..I retired from work too..

My total weight gain..14 pounds..

After eating sensible meals..doing some kind of fitness ,I am now back to my original weight..

I actually feel fitter than I have ever done..much more energy..

Skin feels nicer..hair more shiny..I'm far more happier with my self...

That big black cloud had disappeared..

Don't let a few pounds stop you ,from having a great smoke free life..

It's never too late either..

How you feel so outweighs and weight you will gain!

And yes, hair, nails, skin, teeth - all look better without a nasty ugly stinky cigarette hanging out of your mouth.

Energy also increases, so many people have gotten into a more regular and rigorous exercise routine.

A little discomfort in the beginning of your quit will lead to so many benefits!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
