I'm a 2017'er!  I've been a 2015'er, 2016'er and now...2017 is the year!  I'm doing really really well at the moment :)  Weekends are the toughest because I have more down time.  I plan on keeping busy this weekend with a great book and if I have to, helping my husband remodel our bathroom....although, I'd rather do ANYTHING other than that....:)  Beats Smoking!  NOPE

hang out on the Quit Train too!  We'd love to distract you.  We could really use you in the chicks and sticks game.  We need to offset newbie Nick the Stick.  :)

I'm a all years-screw up but that is BEHIND ME I'm committed to make this my sticky quit. It's still Januari right, just a 4 hours on the ticker

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
