Today is not my Day 1, but I did post a Day 1 thread, also a Day 2, and Day 3. Then celebrated a week, then week 2, then 3 months, etc.  Those posts helped me so much early in my quit.

 

Also, finding a quit buddy helped.  We also had a group to support each other that quit around the same time - Summer Quitters!  Many of us are still around here.

 

What day are you on?  Start a new topic and let us know!

 

Are there others that quit in the same month as you?  Start a group.  Get to know each other and support each other.  :)
